Uganda today morning “invited” the Rwandan high commissioner in Kampala to a meeting at the Foreign affairs ministry, according to Uganda government spokesman Ofwono Opondo.
He told a media briefing that the meeting with Maj Gen Frank Mugambage would take place this Friday afternoon.
The meeting will be discuss the border issue, where Rwanda temporaily closed Gatuna border, directing traffic to Kagitumba border.
