13 NGOs Petition Government Over “Contradiction” in COVID-19 Measures, “Unaffordable” Fees

In joint letter to the Prime Minister Dr Edouard Ngirente, the NGOs raise concern over the different messages issued by different government agencies which have turned out to be contradictory. Different fees and fines have been imposed – some of which are unnecessarily high, says the group.
